Online:Order online through our secure shopping cart.  Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.  You will see ‘EcoStyle, Inc.’ on your statement.

By Phone: We are happy to accept phone orders.  Please phone us at 727-797-0438.  Should you get voicemail, please leave a message with your name, number and best time to call and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Information:

For your convenience, you have a choice of UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class (the latter has weight restrictions).  All charges are exact from the carrier.  Please note that our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays.  Delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Should you require expedited shipping, please call our customer service team to discuss special arrangements and fees.  

Local Pickup: Tampa Bay residents can certainly pick their order, please call or email to arrange a time.

Delivery Time: All items listed in the store are in stock and ship from Florida with exception of a few 'Drop Shipments' items as noted below.   Delivery times vary by carrier.  You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
                
Overseas shipping: At this time, we ship only to US, APO/FPO addresses and Canada.  Look for more international shipping options coming soon.

Drop Shipments: We have a few items in the store that will ship directly from the manufacturer.  This is on a few heavy or bulky items.  It just doesn't make sense to ship it to EcoStyle, then to you.  The expense (and impact on fossil fuels) is too great.  Any items that drop ship are clearly marked in the item descriptions (currently Tushies, gDiapers and Over the Raindough). 

Gift Registry:

We have a gift registry where you can create or edit your own registry or shop for someone else. To get to the registry page, click on registry at the top of the page.

To create your registry: Click on "Add to Registry" then follow the directions. It's so easy! Just browse the store and click on anything that tickles your fancy to add it to your registry. Then e-mail your registry link to your friends and family so that they can find you the perfect gifts! You can always go back and edit your registry by going to the registry page and clicking "Gift Registry," then entering your user name and password.

To purchase from a registry: If you know that your friend has registered at EcoStyleBaby.com, simply enter your friend's first or last name and we'll show you their registry.  To purchase something from their registry list, click "Add to cart," then proceed to checkout as usual.

NOTE: When shopping a friend's registry, you should only purchase from the registry list page that has the 'buy' button.  If you shop outside the registry list, we will not be able to keep track of what's been bought and what's still needed.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are unsatisfied in some way, you may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping).  Please include a printed receipt from your email and let us know if you would like a refund or store credit.  Actual shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping will apply to returned items.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

We respect your privacy.  Therefore, we will not sell, trade or rent your personal information.  All information that you provide to us will be used to process your order or to send you updates on sales and promotions.  You may opt out of any promotional emails or mailings from us by contacting unsubscribe@ecostylebaby.com.
 
Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 7% will be added to all Florida orders.  There are no taxes collected on out-of-state shipments.  

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are available!  In increments of $25!  Please note that they expire two years after date of purchase.
